Your new role

As a Network Management Specialist you will be responsible for pro-active monitoring client site devices, resolving technical problem using remote management tools, managing the problem from start to end and update the client regularly.
 
What you'll need to succeed

You should be able to demonstrate skills with Windows Server and Network Technologies (firewalls, routers, bridges, switches ). You have to speak English fluently. Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol and remote management protocols and tools is required.
