On behalf of our Client, world’s leading source of intelligent information for businesses located in Gdynia, we are currently looking for candidates for a position of Network/Telecom Systems Analyst.

You will be responsible for assuring and improving the end to end quality and user experience of F&R products and services delivered over the public Internet to customers. Moreover, scope of responsibilities includes interact with other internal operational teams, communicating via formal service management workflow tools such as Service Cloud and Service Manager, and less formally via chat rooms, email and telephone. The role of the Network/Telecom Systems Analyst is to provide day to day support of end to end Internet services supporting the F&R business.

More specific responsibilities will include work together with the ICE Manager & team to apply best practice processes and methods necessary to provide the management and control to maintain optimized network and performance, identification of routes or customer networks where performance is falling short of acceptable standards, establishing and operating good working practices aimed at reducing risk and impact of these threats as appropriate, maintain an advanced level Internet technical knowledge to ensure the Internet Centre of Excellence provides a high standard of service. The perfect candidate for this position should have wide experience in Internet performance monitoring and knowledge of Internet and routing protocols (BGP, DNS, TCP, HTTP, UDP and ICMP). Deep knowledge of Internet security threats.
