- Execution of technical and functional applications using Oracle HCM Cloud and SeerTech iLearning Plus
- Participation in various different projects
- Produce well performing services and applications meeting Clients requirements
- Configure enhancements based on changes in requirements
- Close cooperation with the Clients
- Leading projects in the HR domain within Oracle HCM Cloud
- At least 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud development and configuration
- Experienced in functional and technical configuration of different Oracle HCM Cloud modules and/or SeerTech iLearning Plus
- Excellent knowledge in various different Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Very good experience in maintenance, configuration and development of Oracle HCM Cloud
- Some knowledge about business processes and HR
- Teamwork spirit, ability to work under pressure, proactive and organised
- Fluency in English
- Additionally, travelling abroad can be expected
