Oracle Letter Content Management Specialist

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Being able to develop and maintain scripts to pick up relevant data from the database.
• Develop and maintain Word templates in addition to import relevant data.
• Ensuring that required reports are in line with graphical guidelines and local requirements.
• Troubleshoot an issue to determine root cause of the problem and recommend a solution – within corporate guidelines.
• Provide user support to users by building, documenting, testing and presenting solution to the user community.

Required skills:

• Bachelors/Master degree in Business,Information Systems or related field
• Oracle EBS BI Publisher
• MS Word Expert (to create complex layouts)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• ERP Oracle EBS Financials experience
• Basic knowledge about AR and PA module
• Basic knowledge about the AR and PA database scheme

Nice to have :

• Oracle SQL (PL/SQL)
