OTC Billing Specialist

Your new company
On behalf of our Client, the company which sets up a new Shared Service Centre in Tricity, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of OTC Billing Specialist.


Your new role
You will be responsible for creation of quotations, SLA's, sales orders, internal orders and invoices. In addition to that, you will be supporting credit approval workflow and Product Catalog Management. Within your scope of responsibilities there will be also cooperation with auditor and compliance with internal controls.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have a university degree (educational background in accounting or economics will be advantage) as well as you should have strong Billing experience (OTC background) for at least 1- 2 years. Good working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel skills. Exposure to international shared service environment and ability to operate in an international environment and within tight deadlines will be a great advantage. A good candidate would need to have strong interpersonal skills along with great organizational and time management skills. Fluency in English is a must.
