As OTC Team Leader you will be responsible for:
- Guiding and supporting OTC Team and acting as an Escalation Point for the Team
- Operational Reporting
- Driving actions / prioritization with team - in cooperation with OTC Managers
- Managing day to day tasks allocation and Team performance (KPIs, SLAs)
- Being the Key Point of Contact and Decision Maker for OTC process
- Team management (setting strategic long term goals, team development)
- Very good English and Greek (at least B2 level)
- 3-4 years of experience in Order to Cash process
- 2-3 years of team leading experience
- High accuracy and focus on details.
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment as well as ability to plan, organize and perform work in accordance with the targets.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- General experience with ERP systems used in a multinational environment
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
