For our Client – an international company from BPO/SSC area, we are currently looking for Candidates interested in a position of Accounting Team Leader.
The job requires an undeniable expertise in the field of accountancy but furthermore, experience-proven competence regarding people management. Being given such role, you will be responsible not only for tasks assignment, the results monitoring ( KPI controls included) but also motivating coworkers, responding to escalated issues, advising and acting as a Single Point of Contact. Wide range of duties enables constant development in challenging, changeable environment and offers the opportunity to continuous development of managing or communication skills.
Holding the position of Leader you are supposed to possess experience both in accountancy ( AP or AR expertise) and leadership so you could support your team in as many professional matters as possible. Fluency in English is also a must since it is a language used on daily bases in the company. Knowledge of techniques concerning process improvement management (for ex. Six Sigma and similar) will be an asset which may help you to take proper care of your subordinates.
