Within Atos Managed Services, Technology Transformation Services (TTS) is a strategic business for answering to the growing market demand on digital transformation in the IT-environment. We support our customers in their business transformation towards new digital business-models. As a “start-up” business, we put a specific focus on the TTS go-to-market and sales model in order to meet the high-growth projections for TTS.
As Partner Manager you will be responsible for steering any global business development with dedicated Partners with main focus on Cloud related technologies. You will focus on enablement, demonstration, internal evangelism and technology strategy. The Partner Manager demonstrates leadership on all aspects of the joint Partner engagement.
Your main task will be to establish, develop and maintain the foundation of successful joint Partner engagement. For this you must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision reality. You must have a broad understanding of the different technologies and markets. This includes understanding their business and the key issues at the customers and deliver them compelling value proposition and technology choices. Some training will be provided to advance your knowledge but you will be expected to be self-motivated and be a breast of what’s going on in the market.
You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You must have deep knowledge of the TTS partner portfolio core products of your Partner. You will have to display strategic and tactical execution skills in working with such partners, or with new suppliers to secure the basis of new business.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry knowledge of partner products, have a good understanding of both technical specifications and business opportunity
- Information flow to Atos sales on partner solutions and Hardware / Software products
- Pro-actively exchange information on Sales best practices across GBU’s and various sales teams
- Enabling GBU bid/deal desks to do deal registrations and produce competitive quotes
- Optimize Value from Product sales by sharing information on regular discounts and on-top promotions and by prioritizing product lines with high margin
- Create capability to do demo’s and PoC’s on selected TTS solutions through centralized installation (Grenoble) with local scenario plays
- Information flow to Atos TTS delivery units on Partner implementation blueprints
- Reach and improve formal Partner Certifications
- Set achievement targets per Partner/GBU
- Internal Reporting on progress per partner, e.g. sales volume and rebates
- Manage global QBR’s for Tier1 partners and to ensure local MBR’s take place

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong skills in presenting, writing and ability to work well cross-functionally
- Solid virtual team building and collaboration skills
- Deep understanding of TTS products and services
- Proven track record of performing well in a fast pace environment
- No reluctance to travel
- Ability to create business cases

Education and Experience:
- BS in Computer Science, Business Economics, or equivalent required. MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
- 5ys experience in Partner management or similar role
- Experience with Channel operations would be favorable
- Sales background would be a plus
- Ideally existing network into Cloud Partners
