Your role:
As Planner, you will perform planning and scheduling of operations for Quality to improve human and equipment resources management. You will also determine areas of work capacity and operations demand to allow for appropriate planning and scheduling of resources.
Your responsibilities:
- Creating and updating schedules of Quality projects
- Resource planning and resources status reporting in projects
- Preparing reports
- Maintain the project database and project documentation
- Planning projects in the context of the schedule and consumption of human resources and devices
- Simulation of the best solutions, optimization of projects in terms of resource consumption and budget
- Assistance in the preparation of detailed project budgets
- Assistance in preparing a service cost offer for external customers
- Contact with external and internal clients as part of project planning and project reporting
- Participation in the implementation of planning tools for Quality
- Close collaboration with all functions to get a real overview of the timelines and resources which have an impact on Quality activities
- Determining Quality areas capacity
If you have:
- University degree (Technical Background, Pharmacy, Engineering or similar)
- Working experience with MS Project, MS Excel, MS Share Point, MS Project Server, and Power BI
- Great knowledge of Operational Capacity Determination tools
- Fluent English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
