Your new company
On behalf of our Client, a global BSC established in Tricity, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Procurement Officer with Finnish.

Your new role
Holding the position of Procurement Execution Officer you will be expected to create purchase orders from approved purchase requisitions and/or outline agreements, maintain local ownerships of purchase order process and follow-up deliveries and inventory levels. Furthermore you will be also accountable for informing Procurement Services about data in SAP, monitoring contract compliance internally and externally and working cross functionally with Accounts Payable on Invoice Matching and Problem Invoices. Procurement Officer duties will also include providing internal communication regarding problems in deliveries and maintaining external and internal contacts.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have degree in Business and basic understanding of business processes. Experience in similar role would be an asset. Fluency in English and Finnish is required. You should have knowledge of MS Excel and SAP (MM or SD module) and ability to understand and define the most critical issues and develop methodologies for collecting and analyzing relevant data. Furthermore accurate way of working and an ability to work under stress are essential.
