Producing Manager (Storyliner)

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts for product presentation based on their descriptions and USP covering all elements described below
• Conceptual work requiring logical thinking and analytical skills enabling to develop show concepts with strong emphasis on selling products by highlighting significance of USP
• Definition of single product presentations scripts (Blueprints) - development of planned program strategies (show plans), based on the information from category management and TV marketing
• Creation and execution of trailer - and teaser story linings

Your Profile:

• Solid sales experience of at least 3 years in
  
  • direct involvement in selling products, preferably with experience in interior design products or
  • direct marketing companies (preferably in coaching or supervisor functions) or
  • product management with strong background in development of product strategies driven mainly by USP and target group needs
• Ability and experience in developing marketing communication
• Basic knowledge in the workflow of TV Homeshopping productions
• Basic knowledge in preparing/developing and executing live TV shopping shows
• Explicit interest and skills in creating and developing story lines for TV shopping shows
• Extremely creative with keeping the interest of the viewers in your focus
• Highly sensitive for the feelings of customers and therefore creating convincing sales stories
• Effective communicator and persuasive presenter - can listen and has strong convincing skills
• Ability to work in teams
• Hands on mentality - quick and convincing decider
• Fluently English speaker
