As an engineer of R&D department, you will define, develop, validate and implement to production innovative and robust exhaust gas systems and heat recovery devices.
- Experienced mechanical engineer specialized in Endurance, Thermodynamics or Metallurgy.
- Good knowledge of analysis tools related to Fluid dynamics, Thermal and Vibration field will be an asset.
- Exposure to Steel Fatigue, Thermo-mechanical simulations or Noise calculation will be an important asset.
- Perfect command of English and Polish.
- Talent for prioritizing and multi-tasking as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills supported with the knowledge of appropriate methodology; Six Sigma, Robust Engineering etc.
- Result oriented, flexible and able to work in the team.
- Develop innovative Exhaust Systems components from concept phase through design, simulation and validation up to production release.
- Produce 3D models and 2D prints of developed devices.
- Work closely with technical specialists and program managers to drive assigned products to flawless production launch.
- Ensure that all aspects of developed and validated products meet specified standards and Customer requirements.
- Coordinate the relationship and technical information exchange with Customers.
- Manage the suppliers in order to obtain best technical content of delivered components.
- Maintain project documentation valid and updated.
- Facilitate transfer of assigned projects between technical center and manufacturing plant.
