We are looking for experienced Operations 3rd Line Support Engineer who will be part of motivated team of professionals who put pride in delivering innovative, high quality and secure products that are used globally.
As part of the team you will be an important source of customer feedback towards both the development team and the Product Owner. If you are a team player, you like helping others and you are always ready to both help and ask for help when needed join us and take a role of:
Product Support Engineer
Scope of duties:
- Trouble shooting, debugging, analyzing and coordinating customer support cases
- Being a bridge between the customer and the development tea
- Helping customers with issues related to HW (electronics), SW and FW
- Work with an electromechanical locking system
- Training and visiting customers might also be one of the tasks
- Share information and knowledge openly and proactively.
Requirements:
- Feeling confident with the following technologies, tools and practices as below:
Java (SE, EE) and C
Tomcat , JBoss AS, Apache
Web Services (SOAP, REST)
JIRA
PKI, SSL/TLS, 3DES, AES
- At least 3 years of working experienc
- Familiarity with development and debugging tools such as IntelliJ/Eclipse IDEA and MSSQL Management Studio
- Good knowledge of Java and Transact-SQL.
