In this newly created role in our Technical Operations department, you will be driving various areas of expertise related to our production process, interfacing with MS&T, Engineering and Maintenance departments. You will develop and manage a strong performing Production Matter Experts team with following areas of responsibility:
- Technical expertise of USP, DSP, Support Equipment, media and buffer preparation
- Elaboration and review of Technical aspects of SOP & BR
- Technology Transfer in Production
- Process Qualification Documentation
- Scientific Data Management (SDM)
- Scientific & Technical training
- Continuous Improvement
- Cleaning validation
- Continuous Process Verification (CPV)
- Manager experience in biopharma with knowledge of biotech processes USP and DSP, drug substance manufacturing
- Experience in successful FDA/EMA inspections
- Expertise in one of the main areas of biotech production
- Experience in Process Validation and Process qualification
- Experience in MS&T activities in Biotech will be valued
- Experience in CDMO activities will be valued
- Experience in scientific data management will be valued
- Experience in Biotech processes Technology Transfer will be valued
