Wymagania:
- bachelor’s degree is preferred but college degree is acceptable
- experience in production planning within manufacturing environment
- practical knowledge of using ERP system
- lean managent knowledge would be an advantage
- excellent communication skills
- attention to detail
- proactive and willing to learn
- good english - written and verbal
- coordinating both internal and external raw material supply
- planning long and short term capacity and flagging up issues
- coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
- plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance of the production
- re-plan as required to minimise material stock outs or waste
- provide accurate reports when required for the business
- issue daily production schedules
- minimise waste by ordering the correct materials to meet the plan
