We are looking for a Program & IT Solution Delivery Manager to be responsible for organizing and running programs, projects and activities for our organization. You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. You will also be in charge of developing budgets and writing program funding proposals. This role is responsible for project management methodologies, governance and tools to enable consistent, high quality, agile delivery of IT projects across the enterprise. Crucial outcome of this role is to managing the rate at which new projects flow into the development organization.
- Leading the development of the overall approach for the program and daily manage a portfolio of complex projects (including ERP, bussies and production systems)
- Ensuring financial, technical and schedule objectives are met or exceeded in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Planning and directing execution of all design, integration, installation and sell-off efforts of the program and monitor and report on progress.
- Developing new project and programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
- Creating, developing own and continuously enhance the collective set of new IT solutions delivery standards framework and guidelines and determines their use across the project, programs
- Working directly with and assisting teams on reporting to both stakeholders and management
- Identification of risk elements and implement mitigation strategies
- Creation and maintenance of the required program documentation and artifacts
- Facilitating a culture of openness, transparency, experimentation, honest introspection, continuous improvement, learning and sharing.
- A proven track record of successfully implementing enterprise-level applications
- Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and integration aspects
- 8+ years of experience as a Program/Project Manager
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Balanced business/technical background
- Experience gathering requirements and turning them into clear user stories/project/programs
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Attention to details and focus on quality
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical staff
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
- Proven ability to lead successful technology implementation project
- Industry experience and ERP implantation experience will be advantage
