Job description
- Planning and scheduling projects
- Delegating and enforcing entrusted tasks
- Group communication management
- Implementation of budget assumptions and project estimation
- Finalizing contracts with relevant subcontractors
- Coordination of timely implementation of projects
- Preparation of delivery lists, partial and final reports
- Contact with key clients
- Reporting on the progress of project implementation
- Solving current problems
Requirements
- Master degree in economics or technical master’s degree
- Very good command of English and German
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular MS Excel)
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Teamwork oriented
- Focus on achieving goals
- Openness to new challenges
- Ability to act under pressure
- Good manners
- Experience in a similar position
