Project Management Office Specialist (PMO)

PMO - be the bridge between Execution Leaders and Project Portfolio Management, and a key enabler for successful execution of Projects, Programmes and Agile Release Trains.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Finance (Monitor, report and analysis on financials e.g. update cost plans, create monthly financial project forecasting based on resource plans, analyse actual costs, investigate cost deviations, create accruals)
- Represent Hub financial aspects in relevant meetings and forums. Liaise with other controllers
- Continuous improvements to financial management practices across the hub that can be shared across
- Resources Management (Maintain Demand & Supply Map, Manage On/Off-boarding, Secure Trainings)
- Support in FTE reporting and forecasting including maintenance of the hub resource sheet
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. a year of experience in role of PMO
- Experience in using SharePoint, Confluence, MS Teams, JIRA, Clarity/CA PPM
- Strong in MS Office products, mainly Excel (absolutely must have)
- Bachelor degree (preferably in Finance, Economy or Accounting)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
