Project Manager (K/M)

ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
- Take the lead of Project Manager as part of the Capital Projects Team.
- Lead Cost Reduction, Environmental, H&S, Technical and Corporate Strategy associated Capital Investment projects.
- Leadership of projects from initial feasibility through execution and review.
- Development of Project Business Case and Capex proposals.
- Ensure that the process used to manage capital projects follows best practice and is fully understood by all relevant parties.
- Development of any direct report(s).
WYMAGANIA:
- People management experience, ideally through the leadership of teams and individuals.
- Significant experience within an FMCG environment.
- Capability to manage, influence and challenge key stakeholders
- English speaking
- Ideally degree qualified in an Engineering discipline
- Detailed knowledge of the following systems would be advantageous: Computer Aided Design (CAD), MS Project, MS Power Point, MS Excel
- Good team player with excellent communication skills and an ability to deliver results and manage change
- Resilient, accompanied by a strong work ethic and an ability to deliver projects to agreed deadlines
- Highly motivated and self-sufficient with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
