Project manager

Responsibilites
- Full cycle of project management, including planning, execution and control
- Budget planning
- Team management, team set up and development, people management, employee motivation and development management
- Building all kinds of communication (customers, other teams, etc.)
- Report status on all levels (project, program, management, customer)
- Monitoring and management level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in IT (5+ years)
- Experience of managing the team up to 5 members
- Experience of managing several projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of software development cycle, methodologies and practices
- (nice to have) Technical architect or system analyst background
- Fluent English spoken and written and previous international experience
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good multitasking abilities
- Knowledge and experience with JIRA and Primavera tools
- Mobile development experience: iPhone, Android, Blackberry experience would also be a plus
- Result-oriented
