You will take care of:
- Tacking, trending and improving quality relevant KPIs for quality control
- Implementation and monitoring of initiatives to improve KPIs
- Supporting individual Deviations, OOS, CAPA and change control
- Training of associates on performing investigation
- Quality record owner of complex records
- Interactions with authorities and other investigators during inspections
If you have:
- More than 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company within QA or QC department
- QC and/or biotechnology background of advantage
- Experience in applying different tools of root cause analysis
- Team worker who likes interacting and discussing with people and can lead larger teams in finding solutions
- Structured working style, able to deal with complex matters
- Business English and Polish language skills
