Quality Assurance Specialist / Leader

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with designers and product managers to gather requirements and produce test cases based on the user stories as well as collect test data and any other prerequisites to execute tests
- Perform front-end testing with high attention to details and document results using task management system
- Prepare and execute functional and performance testing for web services
- Identify, design, and implement testing automation for front-end and back-end services
- Collaborate with the rest of the engineering management team to align engineering-wide priorities
- Manage the testing team to perform the above
Requirements:
- You have at least 2 years of serving in a QA Engineer role and can run the testing processes end to end
- You have deep knowledge of Web software testing and any specific tool required (i.e. Selenium)
- You can drive the automation of the testing and you are obsessive about regression testing
- You dived into web services testing and have experience with tools like SoapUI, jMeter and basic understanding of XML, JSON, SOAP, REST
- You possess intelligence, empathy, integrity, and technical expertise to quickly earn the trust of the technical team
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced and hard-working environment where the impact you make is immediate, obvious, significant and rewarding
