- Providing overall and individual support for theOperational and administrative responsibility delivering Quality Ops services
- Performing reviews, creating quality reports, conducting quality trainings and supporting delivery team
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
- Analysing, monitoring improving the process and performance
- Contact and maintaining relationships with the supervisors, quality assessments
- Working with languages on a daily basis in a friendly lively atmosphere
- Proficient level of French
- Fluency in English language (both spoken and written)
- Experience as Quality Analyst, a coach, analyst in process management
- Open-minded attitude & analytical skills.
