Quality Control Microbiology Leader

What will you do?
- Manage the Quality Control Microbiology team
- Perform all duties according to current GMP regulations and other pharmaceutical regulations.
- Prepare and review the microbial method validation, qualification of equipment
- Prepare and review the protocols, reports, procedures and all required documents
- Supervise the sampling and testing of: clean utilities, raw materials, product - IPC, final product
- Participate in internal and external audits
What do we expect?
- Higher education with a specialization in the fields: microbiology, biology, biotechnology
- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferable in sterile manufacturing or biotechnology
- Practical and theoretical knowledge including the following: method validation; environmental monitoring, water monitoring, monitoring of compressed gases; microbial identification; endotoxin testing, bioburden testing of raw materials, IPC and final product, growth promotion of culture media, disinfectants efficacy
- Advance knowledge of GMP rules and pharmaceutical regulations
- Fluent English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good organizational and leadership skills
