On behalf of our Client, internationally recognized Centre of Excellence in Gdynia, we are currently looking for Candidates, who will hold the position of Quality Control Specialist.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for controlling the quality and potential risks to the Operations business process against the Policy (and agreed Procedures). Main duties will also include delivering against a detailed quality review cycle that meets all Policy and procedural needs, as well as business and customer needs. Person in this position will engage with Operations team colleagues and promotes quality targets and metrics at every opportunity (in conjunction with the Quality Assurance and Governance Manager).
The ideal Candidate should have Good KYC (Know Your Customer) knowledge, understanding with exposure to AML and financial crime, meeting quality targets and controlling business process output quality. To be successful on this position such skills are required like: analysing and categorising root causes with options for remediation, understanding and delivering stakeholder engagement. Fluent English is a must.
