Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- Technical Qualification
- Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma Methodology
- Leadership skills
- Mathematical, Analytical and Reasoning skills
- English speaking
Responsibilities:
Project Phase (Sweden / Poland)
- Gain process and machine understanding prior to transition to Poland
- Gain understanding of new management reporting and control system
- Develop the Quality Management System ahead of transition
Poland Plant
- Promoting quality achievement and performance across the organisation
- Establish and Maintain a Quality Management System in-accordance with ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 standards
- Ensure compliance with Company defined national and international standards through a programme of internal audits
- Recruit employees, assign, direct and evaluate their work through defined key performance indicators whilst overseeing the development and maintenance of staff competence
- Defining processes and procedures in conjunction with operating staff
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation records
- Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated whilst any product modifications are investigated as necessary
- Collating and analysing performance data against defined parameters
- Writing Technical and Management system reports
- Maintaining a constant awareness of the business context and company profitability
- Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in quality performance
