- preparation of documentation (procedures, instructions)
- implementation of new solutions to the quality system (6S, Lean)

- Supporting the training process. Registering training documentation numbers. Updating training matrix. Updating personal folders. Archiving
- Archiving of R&D project related documentation
- Verification of project documentation (data integrity)
- Higher education; specialization in the fields: chemistry, biotechnology, molecular biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, medicine or related would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of issues related to cGMP and GLP would be an advantage
- Experience in laboratory work (analytical, biotechnological or quality control laboratory), would be an advantage
