Your role will be: supporting recruitment team in administrative tasks such as: scheduling interviews and business travel, verifying and posting job advertisements, entering the roles onto Tracking System, creation of job requests, completing of candidates references and updating internal system.

Requirements:
- min. 6 months of experience in administrative tasks in recruitment sector (preferably in Recruitment Agency, internal HR departments)
- Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is essential
- Good command of MS Office suite (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Time management and organizational skills
- Team oriented individual
- Good interpersonal and social skills
Advantageous to have:
- Experience in using TALEO system
- Experience in end to end recruitment processes
