- Conducting full life cycle recruitment (inc. briefing, posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiating and hiring) for various internal jobs with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership as well as excellent candidate experience
- Establishing accurate talent acquisition strategies to identify and approach the best candidates
- Developing new sourcing channels, selection methods and assessment tools
- Supporting Employer Branding activities ad hoc, as well as Onboarding for new hires
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Min. 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes (ideally in IT or SSC/BPO’s) gained in an international work environment
- Creative approach on sourcing strategies and improving the recruitment
- Familiarity with the newest sourcing trends and selections tools
- High self-motivation, independency and result-driven approach
- Great work organizational skills, ability to manage projects simultaneously in fast-pacing work environment
- Highly developed communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills
- Practical knowledge of MS Office environment (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), Video-call apps (Zoom, Skype) and knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Optional
- Experience in working within a geographically dispersed team, managing stakeholders abroad
- Fluency in German will be considered a strong asset
