On behalf of our Client, an operational sales contact centre established in Tricity, Poland we are currently seeking Candidates for a position of Regional Sales Team Leader.
Responsibilities regarding the position consist of challenging tasks, requiring open mind, pro-active approach and ability to solve problems efficiently. You will be accounted for leading a team of 10-15 people and overseeing their performance also by evaluating sales KPIs. Maintaining close relationship with the Sales Director ought to enhance continuous improvement and sales increase which will belong to your duties as well.
Successful Candidate should possess at least three years of experience in selling area for complex comprehension of related processes appears crucial in this role. Likewise, two years spent on managerial positions are essential. International working environment also requires fluency in English since communication plays significant part in this job. Moreover, if you have already gained some experience in change management or dealing with culturally diversified team, you could definitely become a great asset to the organization.
