Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za:
Rekrutację kandydatów na różne stanowiska w Holandii
Koordynowanie projektów rekrutacyjnych
Prowadzenie administracji
Aktywne poszukiwanie innowacyjnych źródeł pozyskiwania kandydatów
Realizację celów rekrutacyjnych
Sporządzanie i aktualizację ogłoszeń rekrutacyjnych w mediach
Płynną komunikację podczas całego procesu rekrutacji
Raportowanie do zarządu firmy oraz współpracę z oddziałem holenderskim
Wymagania
Znajomość języka angielskiego
Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu procesów rekrutacyjnych,
Aktywność w podejmowaniu działań, poszukiwaniu i wdrażaniu nowych rozwiązań
Samodzielność, zaangażowanie oraz odpowiedzialność za powierzone zadania,
Wysokie umiejętności interpersonalne, umiejętność pracy w zespole,
Dobra organizacja czasu pracy, odpowiedzialność i zaangażowanie
