Lots of data and you’re the master!
From your base in Gdansk, Poland, your primary responsibility will be:
- Collecting and analysing HR data within area of your responsibility,
- Preparing statistics and deliver scheduled reports on a regular basis,
- Deliver ad-hoc reports / queries,
- Building data models to enable smooth reporting and data analysis,
- Validating data to ensure high quality of HR reporting,
- Support the business with regular analysis of employee data and reporting across various HR Management Systems,
- Provide support in ongoing operational process improvement including identifying where synergies exist and opportunities for consolidation, standardization, process excellence or other improvements,
- Follow global policies and regulations when answering queries and questions.
- In addition to that, you will closely cooperate with HR, HRIS Experts and global stakeholders.
Analytical skills and attention to details
We are looking for Candidates who are:
- fluent English speakers
- proficient in IT tools usage
- MS Excel with Power Query is one of their favourite tools (We need a Master of Excel)
- have knowledge of other reporting tools and VBA
- characterized by good analytical skills and accuracy
- have cooperation abilities to collaborate with business stakeholders.

HR experience
Your interest for HR reporting may derive from similar position but we are open to hire also last year students/graduates. HR experience in not a prerequisite over reporting and analytic skills. As you will be handling a large number of data from different sources, you need to be able to keep cool and stay on top of your tasks, even though the pace may be high and the deadlines short. Finally, you would need to keep your work well structured and aligned with global policies.
