Welcome to the Robotics Process Automation Support team. We add value by enabling business automation in Nordea. As Robotics Automation Engineer, you will play a valuable role in Nordea's growing automation ecosystem that directly support our customer facing colleagues.
What you will be doing:
- Advanced End User Support (incidents, requests).
- Engineering, e.g. automation scripting, in the Robotics domain to enhance robotics capabilities and to meet the expectations of stakeholders.
- Continuous work for simplifying and automating work tasks to reduce number of incidents and to increase customer satisfaction.
- Ad hoc project support working closely together with IT and business partners.
The role is based in Gdansk.

Your experience and background:
- Strong analytical approach to problem solving.
- Experience with PowerShell and Windows Administration.
- Good communication skills, fluent English and find it interesting and rewarding to work in a cross-border organisation.
- Other coding language, e.g. Python, C# would be a big asset, but is not a requirement.
- Blue Prism experience is preferred, but not a requirement.
- Containers e.g. Docker, OpenShift and Linux Administration is an advantage.
