Sales and Customer Service Specialist with the Croatian language
Description of the position:
- Comprehensive customer service in the context of various projects: receipt, processing and updating of orders in Croatian
- Advising customers in order to tailor the product range to their individual needs
- Client needs assessment and building of positive relationships
- Administration of logistical order processing
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of the Croatian language and communicative Polish or English
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Communication skills, linguistic correctness and fluency of speech
- Competent use of a computer
- Diligence, reliability, sense of humour
