OIE Support delivers the operational skills and expertise that are needed to meet the increasing demand for quality online higher education whilst providing Enrolment management to prospective students around the world.
OIE Support is currently seeking in Gdansk office an:
General Summary:
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a quarterly basis by managing, coordinating and supporting the team of Enrolment Advisors;
- Coach and motivate Enrolment Advisors to help them to meet personal and team targets;
- Enable and empower the regional team to develop new strategies for successes in sales, KPIs and student experience;
- Work and cooperate with other Sales Managers also form other international sites to implement the best practices;
- Participate in committees and team meetings within the organization to improve the processes and results;
- Participate in the recruitment process for the Enrolment Advisor position;
- Prepare reports and analyze them;
- Perform other position related duties as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree required, preferably in management;
- A sales professional, who:
- has the ability to analyse reports, evaluate sales KPIs and work in a dynamic international environment;
- has an excellent understanding of sales skills and sales funnel management
- has great communication skills;
- has excellent organizational and project management skills, plus excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Fluent English both verbal and written;
- A people-manager, who:
- demonstrates self-discipline and is people and business oriented;
- has a pro-active approach, ability to solve problems;
- is self-aware and solution oriented;
- is able to motivate team of sales professionals;
- displays a positive spirit, understands people’s needs;
- is open minded;
- has great coaching and mentoring skills.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience on managerial positions;
- At least 3 years of sales related experience;
- Working in international environment background is an advantage;
- Experience with change management is an advantage.
