Job Description
- Execute uploads of cleansed and enriched data into the pre-production and production systems across the SAP landscape on a dailybasis,
- Execute data quality improvements and refinement of MDM tools and processes,
- Works closely with business stakeholders to ensureservice delivery and improve data migration awareness,
- Monitors the proper execution of mass data loads, logerrors, and identifies load related errors,
- Supports planning of year-end and midyear mass updateswith business globally,
- Interact with various stakeholders from IT, businessand data governance team to pro-actively solve issues and improve datamigration processes,
- Maintain andupdate load tools based on our Change process
- Ensure data uploads with required quality and withinrequested schedules
- Deliver excellent service and guidance to business andproject stakeholders in area of data migration processes
- Supports continuous improvement of our processes
- Provides necessary training and training documentation
- Regular reporting with business and within thereporting lines
- Excellent understanding of the master data tools andtechnical dependencies within the current IT Infrastructure and capability tomanage the ongoing changes
- Change loadtools as required following our standard change process
- At least 3 yearsworking experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP CRM, especially in the area ofcustomer and vendor data
- Language skills:Proficient in English and possibly German or Spanish (written and oral)
- Analytically strong,good understanding of customer management processes
- Good communicationand presentation skills
- Understand and respect different cultures
