Scrum Master/ Business Analyst

Responsibilites
- Facilitating and documenting sprint planning, review and retrospective sessions.
- Facilitating and documenting daily scrum meeting
- Scrum master coaching activities to improve team velocity and delivery quality
- Administration of the project's Jira and Confluence sites
- Facilitation of product backlog improvement, coaching and driving refinement sessions with the product owner
- Communicating key indicators such as burndown and velocity in the weekly project meetings
- Reviewing fulfillment of definition of done
Requirements
Mandatory:
- Strong communicator in English (verbal and written)
- Strong proficiency in Scrum and facilitation not less than 5 years
- Expert knowledge of the Jira Agile and Confluence tools is also required
- The candidate is assertive and committed to leading change
- Expirience with projects delivering BigData systems
- Business analyst experience in the past
- Banking background
