Scrum Master / Delivery Manager
Miejsce pracy: Gdynia
Location: 100% remote or hybrid occasionally from Gdynia.
Salary: 900 - 1100 / MD depending on skills and experience. Job contract is also possible.
As a Scrum Master / Delivery Manager, you will join a global team that runs a broad range of projects, transforming existing and developing new digital services and tools across our company.
Responsibilities:
- Execution of the roadmap on time and on budget with the right quality/security
- Overseeing teams across the different stages of product delivery
- Evaluating consumer feedback and instituting changes as necessary to manage expectations
- Constantly looking to identify impediments early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escalates when needed
- Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments and progress
- Serve the organization and product management to better achieve their goals by applying empirical process control
- Coach the team in self-management and cross-functionality
- Help the team establish practices that enhance quality, lowers technical debt and increases product value.
Required skills and experiences:
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience as Delivery Manager / Scrum Master
- Management skills, with a servant leadership management style
- Strong Training, Mentoring and Coaching skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced level of English
- Skills in agile practices for Product Management
- Good business acumen skills to engage business leaders
- Experience in applying a wide variety of well-known patterns and techniques, e.g. TDD, SOLID, CI/CD, INVEST, User Stories, agile estimation
- Passion for learning new technologies
- Ability to give constructive feedback to improve processes and quality
- Self-motivated and result oriented
- Bachelor or Master degree in design, software engineering, scientific, or engineering subject area and a strong scientific or engineering background would be a plus.
