Your new company
This is a start – up company from travel industry, located in Tricity. Our client continues to grow rapidly and is currently looking for a Scrum Master to join Tech Team in Gdańsk.
Your new role
Holding the position of Scrum Master you will be responsible for project management of Internet products development and completion of the project according to the schedule. Moreover, you will identify and remove obstacles that limit the work of Scrum teams. Your daily task will include also constant cooperation with Product Owner, developers and other departments of the company.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful Candidate you should hold min. 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, as well as practical knowledge of Scrum or other Agile methodologies. Highly developed leadership competencies and experience in the management of software development projects is essential. You should have an experience as a programmer or analyst. Fluent in spoken and written English is required
