Mandatory:

- Hands on experience administering and tuning Jira Agile and Confluence

Should have:
- Experience with one or more Agile scaling frameworks SAFe, Less, Nexus, DaD
- Good understanding of DevOps and QA automation best practices

- IT banking background
- Solid technical background in data oriented systems

Luxoft is searching for an experienced Agile PM/Scrum master with Coaching and Consulting experience to secure the deliverables of an extremely complex BigData DWH product for our customer from the list of TOP 10 European banks. Product is technically complex so we expect that you are standing on solid technical background to be on the same wave with team and key stakeholders, still you would be supported by top tier industry specialists. It’s a greenfield project in early stages of development. Product development team is relatively big so we require experience with leading teams of 20-50 FTE. Team is constantly growing, so we expect you to mitigate negative outcomes of constant storming and be able to apply scaling agile techniques to reduce overall complexity. Team is geographically distributed so we expect you to travel across Scandinavian region, with major presence point in Gdynia. It is also crucial for us that you have experience with dealing with extensive amount of external dependencies in product delivery as product highly integrated with other banking products through data upstreams and downstreams. Product delivery team operates in a complex enterprise setup so we also expect that you have experience dealing with C-level stakeholders and overcome roadblocks derived from organization complexity itself. Last but not least to support our customer struggle for Agile transformation we expect you to be an expert in Agile both from practical and cultural perspective, able to coach delivery team, product owner, and key stakeholders, bearing solid experience of Agile process and mindset maturation in multicultural environment. You would have multiple reporting lines in direction to customer stakeholders and single reporting line to delivery manager in Luxoft.
