Scrum Master
Miejsce pracy: Gdynia
Stawka: 850 zł netto/dzień + vat B2B lub max 13 100zł brutto miesięcznie na UoP
Lokalizacja: 1-2 dni w tygodniu z biura (Gdynia) reszta zdalnie
For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Scrum Master in KYC area to run new feature team.
Język angielski wymagany na poziomie B2.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure agile value delivery
- Ensuring Scrum process is smooth and transparent
- Managing risks, dependencies and impediments to ensure teams efficiency
- Driving the team to continuously improve and self-organize
- Working with teams to orchestrate releases and deployments
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT, preferably in a financial sector
- Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex and demanding issues
- Experience in Agile frameworks proven by successful track record and/or certificates
- Experience of stakeholder's engagement management
- Superior facilitation and coaching skills
- Holder of university master degree
- SAFe framework knowledge is an advantage
