Scrum Master
Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk
Responsibilities:
- Work on one or two product lines.
- Participate with the product owner and development team in the product and clientdevelopment
- Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agileframework
- Work with the project teams in the deadlines and deliveries
- Support the product owner and provide education where needed
- Prepare management reporting
Must have:
- Prior experience on a scrum team
- Ideally you have been a project manager or development manager
- Ability to work with and lead a team
- If you have a background in trading software, it would be a plus
- Be a team player
- Min. Master degree in software engineering
- A proactive person who can drive changes. The company isn’t interested in consultants.
- Be able to go on business trips to Paris every 3 months
