- Coordination of ocean freight shipments – interaction with clients and cooperation with subcontractors (shipping lines, customs agency, inland haulage etc).
- Servicing existing customers by building relationships, negotiating transport rates and preparing offers for new customers
- Operational documents coordination, optimization of transportation costs
- Higher education, (Logistics, Maritime Business - will be a plus)
- 2 years experience on similar position – strong technical knowledge concerning logistics and shipping/ transport documentation preparation rules
- Very good with Ms Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Communicative English and fluency in Polish language
- Eager to work in a team while presenting creative approach when facing a problem
