(Senior) Asset Management and Maintenance Consultant

Job description
- leading or participation in operations, maintenance and asset management improvement projects in the EMEA region
- liaison with Clients to set-up and deliver projects
- development of project documentation (tools, reports, process maps, presentations, etc.)
- conducting EAM related workshops and trainings
- guiding less experience colleagues in development
- participation in conferences and EAM related events to promote SEAM Group
- development of sales opportunities
Requirements
- 10 years of the experience in the operations, preferred a manufacturing companies in maintenance / technical departments
- experience in managerial positions is preferred
- very good command of English is a must; knowledge of any other European language(s) would be a considerable advantage
- proven track record of leading and delivering projects
- experience in the international projects is an advantage
- experience in consultancy roles is an advantage
- technical degree, preferred master's degree but not a must
- very good knowledge of MS Office
- working knowledge of the main asset management / maintenance management methods and tools
- working knowledge of CMMS/EAM/ERP software
- very good work organization and self-discipline
- ability to establish positive relations – comprehensibility, openness
- valid driver’s license
- willingness for business trips (40-80% of the time)
