Senior C# Developer

Responsibilites
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop restful services in .NET that will distribute customer data, market data and advisory concepts
- Acquire knowledge about business logic and participate in defining requirements in close collaboration with the team’s PM/BA as well as business stakeholders
- Work closely with front end developers (java swing / vaadin) located in Helsinki including understanding their code and assisting them integrating with our API
- Participate in developing UI in Java with Vaadin
Requirements
We would like someone with a very strong technical background (developer) but who is knowledgeable/curious about the business and able to scope requirements with stakeholders.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 3 years of experience as a full stack .NET developer
- Ability and desire to learn more about financial products and markets (preferably experience working in financial or banking industry)
- Self-driven and taking full ownership of tasks with ability to deliver under minimal supervision
- Proactivity, flexibility and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills (English)
OPTIONAL SKILLS
- Experience with Java, Java Swing and Vaadin
- Experience with restful services
- Experience with agile development, coordinating with stakeholders located in multiple countries
- Knowledge of OOP best practices, patterns and principles
