About this opportunity
Welcome to the Platform Delivery team. We add value by providing data and analytics solutions to rest of Nordea. As Senior IT Analyst, you’ll play a valuable role in engaging with different stakeholders, understanding and translating the business needs and delivering complex solutions together with a team assigned to the product delivery. This is an opportunity for you to be a part of taking our solutions to the next level and to collaborate with different organization units and teams across the Nordics, Poland and India.
What you’ll be doing:
- Being the subject matter expert of data, understanding both the business needs and the IT implementation to achieve the goal
- Helping to design advanced solutions & tools around data and analytics (e.g. building data marts to make the use of data easy & efficient)
- Working closely together with stakeholders across Nordea to understand the expected outcome and elicit business features
- Managing delivery dependencies towards other teams and organization units across Nordea
- Working in an Agile environment as an integral part of the cross-functional agile delivery team
You’ll join a team full of other IT Analysts and Product Owners who will help you grow further in your role. The role is based in Gdynia; Helsinki; Warsaw.

Your experience and background:
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience working with complex, data-intensive IT projects
- Strong experience working with data and analytics (e.g. you can read and write different scripting languages and create meaningful insights)
- Experience working with big data, analytics and/or other digital channel solutions
- Experience working with Agile Methods (e.g. SAFe)
