Senior IT Analyst

For our client, an international financial institution based in Gdynia we are currently looking for a Senior IT Analyst.
Role:
The role resides within the IT Operations team, and is tasked with collecting, analysing and reporting on service metrics:
· Service Management (e.g. how long does it take to fulfil different types of requests)
· Change Management (how long does it take to fulfil change requests, how successful were the changes, etc)
· Incident Management (analysing types of incidents, common root causes)
· Problem Management (working with our problem management team to follow up on actions to fix problems)

Role:

Requirements:
- Practical knowledge of the Agile environment
- Strong awareness of and familiarity with working within the ITIL framework
- Strong Excel skills, including analysing of data using Pivot Tables, the ability to link data using lookups across multiple spreadsheets, good charting skills
- Familiarity with working with IT Service Management Tools, such as JIRA, Remedy, or similar
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to create and present reports using PowerPoint and to provide communication updates to users on statuses
- Readiness for working within a virtual team, distributed between Poland and the Nordics
- Fluent English, oral and written
- Readiness for business trips
