Welcome to the IAM Service Operation team. We add value by keeping the lights on and improving authentication, authorization and access control tools and processes across all enterprise. NINAA, CyberArk, IdentityIQ to name a few. As a Senior IT Security Specialist, you’ll play a valuable role in reaching our goals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build new authentication an authorization capabilities in our tools.
- Build new infrastructural capabilities expanding our delivery.
- Operate and facilitate systems and solutions, and support in incident resolutions as 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the platforms is designed with operability, security and flawless end-user experience in mind
- Experiment and learn about new techniques and opportunities that can benefit Nordea, to build and prepare for the future.

Your experience and background (no one expects all of them to be known, however – the more the better):
- Technical and/or process experience in Identity and Access Management discipline with emphasis on authentication and authorisation solutions
- Excellent troubleshooting capabilities
- Experience with IBM Security Access Manager
- Knowledge of federation technologies (OpenID Connect, SAML)
- Familiar with container-based architecture and infrastructure solutions, such as Docker
- Familiar with web reverse proxy
- Familiar with directory services (AD, RACF, LDAP)
- Programming or strong scripting skills (e.g. Bash, Perl, Python or other languages)
- Knowledge about TCP IP stack and HTTP protocol
- Experience with SSO solutions
- Linux and Windows based system administration skills
