Senior IT Support

For one of our clients, outsourcing leader in Eastern Europe, we are looking for Senior IT Support.

Job Description:

• Assisting users with technical problems
• Providing support to end users on a variety of issues
• Providing Help Desk Support and Network/Server Maintenance
• Monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks of the organization as a member of a self-managed team for the EMEA region
• Staying informed on all hardware upgrades within our environment
• Providing support for all licensed software, installing and troubleshooting all software “Break-Fix” issues
• Ensuring testing, certifying, and deploying within IT, within the business, and with our external partners
• Ensuring quality targets laid out are met for the processes owned
• Respecting all internal regulations and policies
• Traveling to center in Szczytno as required

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of English & Polish (min. B2) – written and spoken
• At least 2 years of experience on similar position
• Knowledge of MS Windows (et, al), Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes, Internet, VPN, PC support
• Being familiar with personal computer hardware in a break/fix environment and local area networking concepts
• Good Technical skills
• Experience with Hardware Delegation / follow up with end users
• Very good verbal communication skills
• Customer focus
• Prioritizing & organizing skills
