For our Client, an international logistics company established in Tricity, we are currently looking for Senior IT Technical Support Specialist.
Working on this position, you will be primarily responsible for the 1st line and 2nd line support for all company employees across all countries and sites. You will deal with requests, both phone calls and e-mails. The Candidate is also expected to solve tasks related to computer HW, Microsoft OS, MS Office applications and to participate in IT projects. Moreover, troubleshooting/debugging regarding both HW, SW and network issues will also belong to the daily duties.
Our client is looking for Candidates with at least 5 year of professional experience and Bachelor / Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar. Perfect Candidate should be familiar with IT Desktop Support and have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2012, Windows PC OS’s, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager as well as Microsoft Office Application. The Candidate should represent excellent analytical and problem solving skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. Good knowledge of English is required.
